New Year's Day: January 1
Family Day Alberta: Third Monday in February (21, 2011 / 20, 2012)
Good Friday: Friday [Afternoon] before Easter Monday (Apr 1, 2011 / Apr 1, 2012)
Easter Monday: Monday following Easter (Apr 4, 2011 / Apr 9, 2012)
Victoria Day: Monday before May 24 (23, 2011/ 21, 2012)
Canada Day: July 1 (Monday following if a weekend) (Fri 1, 2011 / Mon 2, 2012)
Civic Holiday: First Monday in August (1, 2011 / 6, 2012)
Labor Day: First Monday in September (5, 2011 / 3, 2012)
Thanksgiving Day: Second Monday in October (10, 2011 / 8, 2012)
Remembrance Day: November 11 (not a statutory holiday)
Christmas Day: December 25
Boxing Day: December 26
Please note we are closed from December 23 to Jan 2 (or the Monday after Dec 31) every year, we give our staff this time off with pay as an extra bonus.
For large time sensitive urgent projects, we have been known to work these days at twice our normal billing rate at the customers request and providing staff are willing to give up their Christmas Holiday season and only with at least one month notice.
